I had a very positive experience with Bay Area Self Storage Monterey Rd and highly recommend this facility for anyone needing extra space. From start to finish the team was helpful, friendly, and responsive when I was choosing a unit and navigating available sizes, which made the whole process much easier. The property is clean, well-maintained, and secure with bright lighting and gated access, so I felt confident leaving my belongings there. Prices are competitive, and they even offer specials that made my first month affordable. Access hours are convenient, and the on-site manager was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. To reach us from downtown San Jose, get on I-280 S from S Market St. Take US-101 S to Bernal Rd, and take exit 377A from US 101-S. Continue on Bernal Rd to Monterey Rd. You’ll find us on your right.
