I highly recommend this place above all others, and for many reasons—but most of all because of the exceptional customer service provided by John. From day one, he went above and beyond. He's honest, friendly, compassionate, and truly one of the kindest people I've ever met. We spent over a month shopping around—from San Jose to Gilroy—and ultimately chose this location. Not only was the price the best we found, but the facility is also clean, secure, and well-maintained. I never once had to worry about my belongings. Choosing this storage location was one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
