Irma, the Manager that helped us was amazing and very helpful as well as vrery understanding. She was very patient with us. We were in I'm situation as we need the storage within 10min. We were surprised of how Irma helped us. Not only that she was extremely helpful and understanding, she processed our application forms and gave us the codes in less than 5 minutes. We were in a very bad predicament but Irma from the Bay Area Self storage made it possible to move our belongings from one storage location within 3 hours. Unbelievable! Irma from Bay Area Self Storage was beyond description. I highly recommend this location. The storage is incredibly clean, safe and I rate them 11 if highest score is 10

Outstanding support 24/7. I needed a large outdoor unit in a hurry and every time I called I either talked to live people at the location I wanted or knowledgeable people at one of their other locations who knew everything I needed to ask about the place I wanted a storage unit. They have an excellent online system, and even discount rate if you do it all online and then come down and sign the paperwork, and there are a number of discounts going right now that are quite attractive Their location units are spotlessly clean, attractive not run down, have good wide spaces between the fences and the buildings, I feel very secure with my stuff there and they have very easy access with hours as good or better as others in the business There are no surprises, no BS, and the best customer service I've ever run into at storage units which I've had many times over the years.. as I told Irma I look forward to being one of her best customers, and would glad refer anybody to them Mike S.
